Working at Reactive is like working in your own little company but with all the perks of a bigger one. We’re all in teams of four or five people, most often (but not always) this includes a project manager, a designer and two developers. Teams are supported by the management and solutions teams, who provide guidance, direction and training, not to mention beers on a Friday night.

Enjoy beer-and-soft-drink-o'clock every Friday night. Around the pool-table in Melbourne, on the deck in Sydney, or at the local pub in London. Sometimes with all three offices via Skype video.

A well organised digital agency? Yes, it’s true! We find our team structure helps us be a lot more organised, and it’s the first thing most new starters comment on. After ten years in operation, we’ve had time to get our sh*t together basically. If you’re after a chaotic work environment, this isn’t it. If you’re after a creative work environment, it most definitely is!

Whilst we do have fun at work, there is also a serious side. Our systems and processes ensure that our people get the support they need to help them achieve the best result for our clients. Our designers, developers, project managers and account managers have weekly team meetings with our Creative and Technical Directors to discuss training and development and current projects, allowing everyone a space to share ideas and get support. Likewise for our Project Management and Account Management teams.

When new people start we have an induction program, to show you our way of working... then we ask for your ideas on how we can improve. Our processes are always a work in progress, and we know you’ve got great ideas and experience too.
