Your Account Manager will get to know your business inside-out, and will work with you over the years to come (we really believe in long-term relationships). Your Project Manager will look after the details of each of your projects, phase them, plan them and work with you to achieve them.
We don't adhere to a single project management methodology, preferring instead to select the most appropriate one for your project, be it Agile, Prince 2, PMMI or a bespoke process.
